Poor Customer Support

I have purchased over 19,993.10 credits in my dingtone account. I also make calls with it since over a year. To my surprise, I still havent been granted the VIP membership status on dingtone. My Dingtone ID : 10101061. I need to be able to use the Mobile Topup to send money to family and friends abroad, but this is only allowed for VIP Members. Dear Dingtone, please kindly activate my VIP membership!
